Went for a little walk recently and was totally inspired by the amazing autumn colours. Warm yellow ochre, red rust, paprika, plum, warm sand, olive and sky blue. Enjoying Monday Blues
Having a little play on my new tapestry loom. I’ve been working on this weaving frame for quite a while – trying to get it just right. It’s pretty fun and I hope to have it available in my Etsy shop soon. Wishing you have a happy week.
Weaving for Blokes
It’s Father’s Day here in NZ soon, so I thought I’d weave a couple of men’s scarves to celebrate. The loom was ‘dressed’ yesterday. Today I hope to weave samples of fabrics that are ‘not too fancy’, before weaving the lengths next week.
